You could be buying the home of your choice through a real estate agent, direct from the home owner or the park operator. The vendor or their agent should offer you a contract to purchase the home.
It is recommended that your purchase contract include a clause that the purchase is subject to the park operator and yourself executing a site agreement for you to occupy the residential site that the home is situated on.
